- Circa Sports Illinois’ A Winning Combo You Can Taste Rosati’s Pizza Promotion (“Rosati’s Promotion”) is a promotion offered by Circa Sports Illinois LLC.
- The Rosati’s Promotion begins September 20, 2024 (the “Start Date”) and shall end as determined by Circa Sports Illinois (the “Promotional Period”). Patrons who download the Circa Sports Illinois mobile app, sign up for a Circa Sports Illinois wagering account (“Wagering Account”), and deposit a minimum of $20.00 within thirty (30) days of opening their Wagering Account at any time during the Promotional Period or the thirty (30) day period immediately prior to and ending on the Start Date are eligible for the Rosati’s Promotion (collectively, the “Participating Customers”).
- During the Promotional Period, interested Participating Customers must navigate to freepizza.circasports.com and complete the eligibility verification form requiring the Participating Customer’s last name and Wagering Account number. Eligible Participating Customers will be presented with a code instantaneously on their device. The same promotional code will be sent to the email associated with the Participating Customer’s Wagering Account within twenty-four (24) hours.
- The Participating Customers will be presented with the option to locate a participating Rosati’s location by inputting the Participating Customer’s location or choosing a different location using the drop-down menu on the website.
- After selecting the preferred Rosati’s location, the Participating Customer can proceed to “Order Online” which will take the Participating Customer to a different link supported by the Rosati’s website.
- The promotional code can be redeemed for one single pizza, any size, any toppings/specialty up to a maximum at participating Rosati’s locations for up to $20.00. The code and Participating Customer’s information will be automatically applied to the Participating Customer’s order. The Participating Customer will be responsible for any remaining balance should they choose to change the size and/or add toppings exceeding $20.00.
- At the time of checkout, the coupon code will be automatically applied to the order deducting $20.00 from the total cost of one pizza.
- The Rosati’s Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or coupon.
- Participating Customers can also present the coupon code on their mobile device at any participating Rosati’s locations to redeem in store.
- Participating Customers must be at least 21 years old, a legal resident of the United States and be eligible to game in the state of Illinois and not be listed on the Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program, nor any other excluded patrons list to qualify for the Rosati’s Promotion.
- Participating Customers who are taking a gaming hiatus / cooling off period through the Circa Sports Illinois mobile app are not eligible to participate or claim any promotions or discounts until after the Participating Customer’s exclusion date or cooling off date expires.
- The redeemable code must be redeemed within six (6) months of issuance, and may be redeemed following the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
- Eligible Participating Customers must have an active valid email address associated with the Participating Customer’s Wagering Account to participate.
- The one-time redeemable code is valid only at participating Rosati’s locations.
- The coupon holds no cash value and is non-transferable. Participating Customers cannot transfer the coupon to any other person including family, friends or household members.
- Employees of Circa Sports Illinois or its affiliated companies, immediate family members, or any employee of American Place casino are ineligible to participate in the Rosati’s Promotion.
- Circa Sports Illinois management reserves all rights to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. All disputes will be settled by Circa Sports Illinois management, and management will be the sole and final judge.
